Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without having to provide a reason.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and Unwashed.
• Undamaged and in its original condition.
• With the original Tags / Labels attached.
• With the original packaging whenever possible.

Products that have been used, washed, or damaged as a result of customer use may not be eligible for return due to a change of mind or size.

You may request an exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Exchanges may include:

• Changing the size.
• Changing the product to another available item.
• Replacing a product with an issue.

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. If your requested replacement is unavailable, our team will help you find the most suitable solution.

Quality is our responsibility.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery.

We may request clear photos or a video of the product to assess the issue. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange the appropriate replacement or refund without additional charges to you.

Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are covered by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. If a specific promotion has additional terms, these terms will be clearly communicated before completing your purchase.

For Cash on Delivery orders, any approved refund will be processed through the appropriate method for returning the payment. For exchanges, any price difference between the original and replacement item will be settled where applicable.

Shipping costs depend on the reason for the return or exchange:

• Size change or change of product: The customer may be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange or return.
• Defective item or QADER error: QADER will cover the necessary shipping costs when the issue is confirmed to be caused by a product defect or an error on our side.

If a Promo Code / Coupon was used when placing the order, any refund will be calculated based on the actual amount paid for the returned product.

If only part of an order is returned, the applicable discount may be recalculated according to the terms of the promotion. Promo codes and discounts are not redeemable for cash.

• Free Gifts: If your order includes a free gift linked to a promotion, the gift may need to be returned together with the products associated with that promotion.
• Custom-Made Products: Products manufactured according to specific customer-requested specifications may be subject to different conditions.

A return may not be accepted when:

• The product has been used or washed in a way that affects its original condition.
• The product has been damaged due to customer use.
• The product cannot be returned to its original condition due to reasons attributable to the customer.
• The product was custom-made according to customer specifications and matches those specifications.

It's simple. Contact the QADER customer service team through our official communication channels and provide:

• Order Number
• Name & Phone Number used for the order
• Product you wish to return or exchange
• Reason for the request (include photos/video for defective items)
